Brisco: The Middle-Aged Dog

Over the past few weeks, Brisco has been having issues with his left leg (on top of an allergy flare up).  We decided it was best if we took him for a little doggie check up.  Dan even took a few hours off and took him in.  Analysis: one doggie knee injury.  Ok, a sliding patella (knee cap).  Likely there since he was a puppy.  He got a boo-boo shot and has spent the day relaxing.
Brisco will be 5 years old in November, which translates into 30 years in doggie years.  Ouch!  Hopefully Dan and Sarah's knees hold up a bit longer.
Brisco still has a lot of energy and loves his squeaky stuffed toys!  He got a new toy on Monday (it was 50 cents) and has been hoarding it since.  ;)  Tonight Brisco tried to chew on a few more of Olivia's links (that's what he has in the puppy picture above), apparently Dan has been giving him one every once in awhile because there used to be around 9 on the chain, now there are 2.
